So have submitted my details again but this time asking for a self directed multi currency mortgage. I dont know about you but I have just started out building my property portfolio, I only have 2 properties, one of which has planning consent for another home, so the thought of a currency mortgage really is appealing, especially as it brings down the monthly payments. I'll keep you posted if I get any success.

I used their enquiry feature and got a email straight back asking me for more information and that this chap will phone me from Tokyo at a convenient time. This was on Tuesday and I have not heard from him since. I wonder if this is due to the time difference or if they are too busy.
