Despite all my property activities and associated networking over the last 6 years, plus recent pro-active research, I have not yet been able to make contact with anyone who has (a) been eligible for such a mortgage and (b) has had a successful outcome.

I'm hoping for encouraging words from someone. The concept seems like just what I need - but I need to discuss, ideally via this forum (for the benefit of others too)!
